2015 will be the 41st running. Let the tradition continue. The Jack Bristol Lake Waramaug Ultra Races are the oldest ultras in Connecticut and many other places. It is the oldest 100K in the United States. Come join us for the fun and celebration of another banner year.

The course is rolling loops on paved roads around scenic Lake Waramaug. There is a 2.2 mile out and back at the beginning of the race for all runners. The 50K runners will then do three 7.6 mile laps around the lake followed by a 1.9 mile out and back to the finish at the State Park. The 50 mile runners will complete six laps around the lake and finish at the State Park. The 100K runners will do seven laps around the lake followed by a 2.3 mile out and back to finish at the State Park.

Aid Stations

There will be four well stocked aid stations around the Lake and there will be post race food and drinks for all runners.

In addition to all manner of fun running around the lake all day (and night) with many new and old friends, your entry covers a hi-tech t-shirt, a medal for the 50K and 50 M races finishers, a buckle for the 100K finishers as well as post race food. We also provide weather with no additional charge.
