The CVS Caremark Downtown 5K is a HUGE event with something for everyone: elites competing for national championships, runners, walkers, toddlers stumbling to finish 50 yards, and everyone in between. The 9 week training programs is appropriate for runners and walkers of all levels, whether training for a first road race or trying to improve your time.
