Aid Stations

13 Aid Stations approximately 5 to 9 miles apart. Some may be unmanned. Runners will be provided with an adequate supply of water, sports drink, pretzels, bananas, potato chips and cookies. Hot foods and drinks will be available at night. Four Aid Stations can be used for drop bags.

The Course

Point-to-point on the Ozark Trail. Mostly single track, plenty of climbs and a few opportunities to get your feet wet. Well blazed with Ozark Trail markers. Will be marked with ribbon and reflective tape at night. The Ozark Trail is 350 miles of trail that wind through the Missouri Ozarks. For more information on the trail, go to


The Ozark Trail 100 Mile Endurance Run is a point-to-point 100 mile ultramarathon on the Ozark Trail through the Mark Twain National Forest in south central Missouri.
