Chanoko Trail Runs
The Chanoko 50K, 31K & 5 Mile Trail Runs are back on March 7th at Granite Beach, Folsom Lake. The Chanoko 50K will run from Auburn Overlook Park to Beals Point and back to Granite Beach, Folsom Lake. The Chanoko 31K will run from Auburn Overlook Park to Granite Beach, Folsom Lake.
The Chanoko 5 Miler will start and finish at Granite Beach, Folsom Lake.
This event will feature a custom Chanoko Trail Run Finisher Medal, Chanoko Shooter Shot Glass, hot food, plus awards three deep in each division and raffle prizes for all races.
Included for each competitor in the Chanoko 50K will be a Finisher's Jacket. Included for each competitor on the 31K will be a Finisher's long sleeve t-shirt.
Chanoko Race cotton shirts are available for $15 when pre-ordered by March 1st, 2020.
Athletes signing up Race Week (March 1-7) will have their Finisher Shirt or Jacket mailed to them. It will most likely Not be available after the race.
There is a limited seat Shuttle Bus that will depart Granite Beach to head to the start line at 7 am. Tickets are available on a limited first-come basis.
There will be seven aid stations on the 50K course and four on the 31K course stocked with cold water, FLUID electrolyte beverage, Hammer energy gels and Clif Bars, multiple sweet and salty snacks along with Vasoline and first aid.
Bib number pick-up will be available at the start site at Auburn Overlook Park on race morning from 6:30 am to 8 am. Goody bags and t-shirts will be available at the finish before and after the race.
First place Overall Male and Female in the Chanoko 50K and the 31K will each receive Overall Champion Awards. There will be awards three deep in each ten-year age group for the Chanoko 50K and 31K. Awards will be given to First overall male and female, plus three deep in each ten-year age group for the 5 Mile Trail Run.
Entry limits: 50K - 150 people. 31K - 150 people.

Refund and Transfer Information
TBF Racing has a No Refund policy on all of our events. A Refund requested prior to race week will be given a TBF Race credit for the amount of the entry fee minus a $25 processing fee. Credits are not given during race week. Transfers are allowed from one TBF Racing event to another within a one-year time frame. There is a $25 transfer fee. Transfers are not allowed during race week. ALL TBF Racing events are held Rain or Shine.
