This Event Took Place Sun. Aug 25, 2013

For 14 miles, you will experience one of this area’s hidden trail running treasures.  From the starting line at the Mount Morris Dam on the edge of the Genesee river gorge, you’ll enjoy your first of several scenic overlooks.  Take it in before you take off! The course quickly becomes a winding single-track through open woods and sloping hills.  The landscapes are ever changing; from heavily wooded evergreens to rocky stream crossings.  At the halfway mark, each runner will take a short loop on Letchworth State Park trail #16 and head back to the Dam and Recreation Center for the finish.  Between mile eight and nine, you’ll be challenged by the course’s largest hill.

We love dogs! Each year we get asked if runners can run with their dogs. This year we've decided to allow five runners bring their 'dam' dogs. If you want to run with your canine, please answer the question at checkout to agree.
