12km / 1650 feet ascent
Runners will start off at Myra Adventure Park and take a new trail up through Myra B&B and towards June Springs parking lot. From the parking lot runners will head left on Myra Bailout and then start the technical and fun descent down Angel Springs... one of the nicest single track trails in the area!
Once you reach the bottom of Angel Springs you'll travel along beautiful trails that crisscross Mission Creek 4 times and a few fun bridges. This time of year the creek is pretty dried up so keeping your feet dry shouldn't be a problem. The trails in this section are stunning and the fall colors will surely motivate you as you start to make your ascent back up some old school single track trails and a steep climb back up towards the finish line.
There will be an aid station just before the final ascent back up to the finish at approx. 10k., so please ensure you are self sufficient up to this distance. Due to the remoteness and technical difficulty of the terrain we are unable to access aid any sooner in the course.
Every year we will donate a portion of our proceeds to a different charity. Running feels good. Giving back feels good. Combing both feels GREAT!
