About Rock 'N The Knob
September 12, 2015: Allegheny Trailrunners Inc. is proud to present Rock’n The Knob – PA’s Highest Trail Race at Blue Knob presented by Subaru and Stuckey Subaru.
Local time: 1:25 AM
The race will offer two courses: a 5 mile course for the beginner trail runner and a 20 mile challenging course for the more experienced.
Runners will start from the Clubhouse at the Blue Knob All Seasons Resort. Racers will then conquer the ski slopes, enjoying beautiful vistas along the route. The 20 mile racers will then split from the 5 mile route, linking with the Lost Turkey Trail to begin their run on the State Park side of the mountain. The 20 mile runners zigzag up and down the mountain accumulating over 9,200 ft. of elevation change! This race is one of the most challenging, yet runnable races in the area, putting even the most hardened trail runner to the test.
Sorry, no refunds or bibs transfers.
