Welcome to Riverside State Park. After last years cancelation I am excited for a little race redemption. This course will show you some sections of the park that most people have not seen and incorporates the majority of the park. I’m pretty sure I have found most of the hills this time so be prepared for some killer views. If you have not used your credit from last years race contact myself or Kelly and we will get you set up
*** WE WILL START AND FINISH OUT OF THE BOWL AND PITCHER CAMPING AREA***
Riverside State Park is a great venue to hold a race, camping, showers, bathrooms and a great picnic shelter to have the post race party. Come stay the weekend, September is a perfect month to camp at RSP. Typical temperatures in September range with highs in the mid 70s and lows in the 50s. I know it’s September but we are celebrating Octoberfest!!! That’s right: brats, sauerkraut, potato salad and adult beverages from Slate Creek and Daft Badger. If you plan to stay the weekend camping is on a first come first serve basis so no need for reservations.
Discover pass is required!
I am looking forward to hanging out with all of you and if you have not run with Trail Maniacs before, I think you’re in for a treat. You see we are about the friendships and companionship that trail running gives, we do not have race medals or other trinkets, but we do have a killer post-race party. I think the memories and free race photos are priceless.

Welcome to the Riverside Trail Adventure. I have been kicking this idea around in my head for awhile and have decided to offer something you may not be used to. This year we are adopting a similar format to what some of the larger mountain bike enduro races do. You will be running a "blind" course meaning you will not have a course map or elevation profile to view ahead of time. No reason to freak out though, the course will still be appropriately marked and you will not get lost, you will just not be able to preview the route or the elevation profile. Your distances will still be a 10K (ish), a 25k (ish), and a 50k (ish). You will also be given an amount of elevation gain and loss for the entire route and the approximate location of the aid stations. So are you ready to get your adventure on? The beauty of Riverside is this course will change every year.

Thank you for a choosing Trail Maniacs. We are a small, grassroots event company owned and directed by one person. Our race entry fees are non-refundable; however we want to provide an opportunity for our runners to still participate in our series should you need to withdraw from a particular event, so we have designed the following deferral policies to support for our runners.
Bibs are non-transferable to another runner under any circumstance.
You can move down in race distances up until the day of the event & no credits will be issued if you move down.
If you are unable to attend an event and you notify us more than 60 days out, we can arrange a 100% deferral of fees, towards another event in our series, providing it is NOT SOLD OUT. This deferral is only redeemable within one calendar year from the time you contact us. You can use this deferral policy towards any other race or the same race one year later. They can also only be deferred once, to a single event and multiple requests will be declined.
If you are unable to attend an event and you notify us more than 30 days out, we can arrange a 50% deferral of fees, towards another event in our series, providing it is NOT SOLD OUT. This deferral is only redeemable within one calendar year from the time you contact us. You can use this deferral policy towards any other race or the same race one year later. They can also only be deferred once, to a single event and multiple requests will be declined.
30 days before race day there will be no refunds. No deferrals. No exceptions. Thank you for your cooperation
