Everyone knows Newport is the Friendliest and now Newport will be known for hosting the most fun running relay on the coast.

The Fools Relay is a brand new 6-Hour timed running relay scheduled for the weekend before April Fools Day in beautiful Newport, OR! This is a race you won't want to miss! Join as an individual or build a team of 2, 4 or 6!

Unlike your traditional relay, there's no driving and no fighting traffic here! There's only one exchange (this is the start & finish as well) where all runners/teams hang out and cheer each other. Great post-event party planned with music, food, beer garden... You'll have an unforgettable time!

Course

The course consist of two different trail loops. Loop A & Loop B. Loop A is approx 2.25 miles and Loop B is approx 2.75 miles. Runners will run these loops in sequence. Teams/Solo Runners that runs the most loops wins. Only completed loops will be counted.
