The Ozark Foothills 50k and 25k are simultaneous trail races that will be held across the scenic and technical trails laying at the foothills of the gently rolling Ozark mountain range.
This is a challenging course of steep grades and rolling terrain. Runners will be treated to 95% single track with rocks, roots and creek crossings that make for a fairly technical 15-ish mile loop ** Trails included Deer Run, Eagle Valley, Green Rock, Overlook, Beulah, DeClue and Dogwood at Greensfelder Park.
** The Ozark Foothills 50K is two loops, 3,800ft net gain and 25k is one loop, 1,900ft net gain.
***50Mile runners will start out on the Dogwood Loop come through Start/Finish then follow the 50K/25K loop X 3 to complete the 50Mile distance, net gain 6,000ft

START TIME & TIME LIMIT:
The 50Mile start time 6:00AM, cutoff time 13.5 Hours (7:30PM)
*50Mile runners must pass the last aid station (approx. 3.5 miles to the finish) prior to 6:30PM*
50K start time 7:00AM, cutoff time 12.5 Hours (7:30PM)
*50K runners must pass the last aid station (approx. 3.5 miles to the finish) prior to 6:30PM*
25K start time is 7:30AM cutoff time 9 Hours (4:30PM)
*25K runners must pass the last aid station (approx. 3.5 miles to the finish) prior to 3:30PM*
All cut-off times will be strictly enforced. Runners must be checked OUT of the aid station BEFORE the cut-off time.
There will be 3 Aid Stations, one at the start/finish (Restrooms) and the other two approximately 5 miles apart on the course. Each aid station will be supplied with water, electrolyte drinks, gels, snacks, first aid, and enthusiastic volunteers!
Restrooms will be available at the start/finish and there's an outhouse at the Beulah Shelter/ Scenic Overlook Aid Station

We cannot guarantee t-shirts or finisher awards to registrations made after March 3. 2019 but will work to get you your items post event.

FINISH-LINE BRACELETS (for non-runners & non-volunteers): Anyone eating or drinking needs to have a finish-line bracelet on race day.
We RECOMMEND pre-purchasing finish-line bracelets via the "Add-On" tab on Ultra Signup as this will help us better plan for food and drink orders for the weekend and cover our extra food and drink costs for spectators, and in turn helps us keep race costs down. It also helps ensure that we have food and drinks available for the last finishers and last volunteers back to the finish line.
Race registration fees are not refundable under any circumstance, race registrations are not transferable to a future years event. We will allow bib transfers until March 24, 2019 IF you can find yourself a replacement and contact us with all details prior to the transfer deadline. You can change/update your distance via Ultra Signup until March 31, 2019 by logging into your account.

This Is a Cup-Free Event
PLEASE NOTE: OZARK FOOTHILLS IS A CUP-FREE RACE, which means there won't be any paper cups at aid stations, and there won't be any paper or plastic cups at our finish-lines. We won't be making any exceptions to this rule, so if you don't bring your own drinking receptacle come race-weekend, you'll want to pre-purchase a collapsible cup and if you don't already have a reusable soft flask to carry with you on the course (for soda & electrolyte drink, etc.), we will have the collapsible cups for purchase when you check in for the race and/or at packet pickup for $5 (quantities limited at check-in).
