Our Goal
The Illinois Ultra Slam is a well spaced out series of races through out Illinois. The Illinois Ultra Series strives to offer a challenge for every runner with many distance options on a variety of trails. All finishers will get a custom belt buckle and fleece Illinois Ultra Slam finisher jacket. Awards will go to first overall in 400 & "all 50s" series! Our goal is to help you all finish as winners! Potawatomi 200/150/100/50/30 - April 7, 2016
This classic Illinois ultra has a great camping area that runners pass by on each loop! Challenging hills and plenty of cheers to keep you going!
Cry Me a River 100/50k- July 9
This first year event is being put on by the amazing Shawn Brandon and Jenna Bahaj. They have designed a scenic challenging course that runs along the Illinois river.
Hennepin Hundred 100/50- October 1
Flat & fast course that runs along the historic Hennepin Canal trail built in the late 1800's. Point to point race on Illinois longest trail. Watch for bald eagles that nest along the canal.
Tunnel Hill 100/50 Vienna IL - November 12
How fast do you want to run? This course is designed for speed. No trip hazards, no altitude issues, no hills... just a gentle 2% grade. Mike Bialick of Minnetonka MN ran an amazing 12:52:53 here in 2015. This was listed as the #1 Fastest 100 miles run in Ultrarunning Magazine by a whopping 40 minutes! In 2014, Traci Falbo established the Fastest Known Time for 100 miles on trail for a female ever in North America! Come see what you can do! Many, many personal records set here. Perfect first time 100 or 50 miler. Custom buckles for all finishers in both races. Outstanding bling. After this race you can start sporting your awesome finisher jacket around town!

The Hennepin Hundred/50 and Tunnel Hill 100/50 registration is on Ultrasignup. Cry me a River 50 mile and Potawatomi registration is on Runrace.net
Everyone is a winner! If you drop down to a lower distance than you signed up for you will be a recognized Illinois Ultra-Slammer and get a jacket. So please keep enjoying these races.

I understand that race registration fees are not refundable under any circumstance, race registrations are not transferable to other participants or to a future years event. Please consider these factors carefully before completing your registration.
