Location: Glenn Cunningham Lake, Omaha, NE

Start Time: All Races begin at 8:00 a.m. sharp


Opens: Monday, February 2, 2015 (12:00 a.m.)

Closes: Sunday, October 11, 2015 (11:59 p.m.) or once field limit has been reached

Lake Cunningham, Omaha, NE | Field Limit is 500 runners | 90% Trail and 10% Road | Elevation Change Per Loop Approximately 1500' | 2 Fully Stocked Aid Stations | 2 Water Stops | 10.5 mile loops

The Course: Cunningham Lake is a tree-lined 1438+ acre city park with rolling hills and scenic views of the lake. The trail is mostly single track with stretches of mowed grass that winds in and out of heavily wooded areas.

The Race(s): From 5 miles to 50k, there is a race for everyone.

Awards: All races - Top three males and females in each race distance | G.O.A.T.z 50k - Top male and female in each 10 year age group

6:45 am - 7:30 a.m. - Race Day Packet Pickup

8:00 a.m. - All Races Start

5:00 p.m. - 9 Hour Cutoff, G.O.A.T.z 50k

Cutoff Times: 5:00 p.m. (9 Hours)

All races will be chip timed

Drop Bags: A designated drop bag area will be under a tent in the start/finish area. Please mark your bags clearly with your name and bib number.

Course Markings: The course will be well marked with directional arrows, orange tape, and ground markings.

Aid Stations/Water Stops: 2 fully stocked, buffet style aid stations (Start/Finish and Mid-loop). 2 unmanned water stops (approximately mile 2.5 and mile 8 of each loop). Unmanned water stations are cupless. No bottle, no drinky.

Transfers and Refunds: Transfers to different race times may be approved by a race director prior to the race date. ***Entries are non-refundable***

Weather: Average temperatures this time of year range from a low of 41 degrees to a high of 58 degrees.
Temps have reached near 70 degrees each of the last two years. It's imperative you remain hydrated before, during and after the race.
