All races this year start and end at Calico Skies Vineyard and Winery (2368 Able Blvd
Inwood, IA 51240) but the majority of the races will be in South Dakota close to the town of Canton.
Riddlebox 50K Run
The 50K run will start and finish at Calico Skies Vineyard and Winery near Canton S.D. The course will be on maintained and unmaintained gravel and dirt roads.The weather in South Dakota (and Iowa) this time of year can vary from mid 30's to 40's with no snow to remps well below zero with howling bone-chilling winds. The course could possibly be covered with snow and ice. Winter in the plains can be unpredictable. Be prepared for anything!!
Food/Drink
Refreshments will be available as you return to Calico Skies. We will have a post event dinner at 5:30pm.
Post-Race:
Awards will be at 5:30pm, followed by a raffle for some awesome prizes. We will have plenty of food and drinks, and just an all around good time. We encourage you to hang around and make December 10, 2016 one of the best days of your year.
Schedule
50K Run - You will need to be checked in and ready by 8am, Pre-race Meeting 8:30am, Event start 9am, you have 8 hours to complete the 50K course.
