50K & 100K description

Great course, great volunteers, great swag, and great post-race BBQ!

Join us for the 37th edition of the Quicksilver Endurance Runs. The 50K and 100K races are run on scenic, hilly single track trails and fire roads. You will run through peaceful oak forests, wide-open meadows, and along ridges with spectacular views of the Santa Clara Valley and the Santa Cruz Mountains. Although the course is very challenging, the friendly aid stations and beautiful scenery make Quicksilver an excellent choice for a first trail ultra-marathon. Run for a good cause: 50% of the race proceeds go to non profits that help kids stay healthy or fund trail advocacy projects.

Both Races will start at the Hacienda Entrance of the Almaden Quicksilver County Park (21785 Almaden Road, San Jose, CA 95120).

Waitlist and refund policy

The 100K fills up very quickly every year. Consider signing up for the 50K or adding your name to the waitlist (your credit card will only be charged if a spot becomes available for you AND you accept that spot). USATF Pacific Association (PA) athletes competing in the MUT Grand Prix for their club team will receive special consideration if the race fills up within 24 hours and they register on the wait list within those 24 hours. Contact your team captain for more information.

Runners who need to cancel their registration are eligible for a 50% rollover of their race registration fee prior to 7/2/2020: cancel your registration via your registration history or via the "Edit" link on your receipt. After 7/2/2020, there will be no refund or credit of entry fees for any reason and under any circumstances (unless the coronavirus forces us to cancel again).

This race would not be possible without the 100+ volunteers who help the runners have a great day on the trails. Please consider volunteering and sign up here:
