2020 Race Update
We are currently working with the U.S. Forest Service on permitting for this year's event. As it stands now, all special use permits are on hold until there is more clarity on the COVID-19 situation. We plan to make a Go/No-Go decision in early August. If we're able to secure a permit and are comfortable conducting Tideland 24 on November 7, we'll open registration on August 10. If we are either unable to secure the permit or are not comfortable given where we are in mitigating COVID-19, we will make the call to cancel the 2020 event. Thank you for your patience during this uniquely challenging time. The safety of our participants, race staff, and volunteers is our #1 priority.

The course includes various bridges (aluminum and wooden) and a well-groomed trail consisting of crushed gravel with minimal trip hazards and elevation gain.
Awards will be presented for Top 3 Male and Female, as well as Top Active Duty, performances and all who complete 100 miles will receive a 100 Mile belt buckle.
In 2020, we are pleased to again partner with the MILES FOR MARSOC Community Athlete Program. By running to support the Marine Raider Foundation you will raise funds to support Raiders and their families and we'll waive your entry fee. Please contact the Race Director for details.
Please join us and run or walk as much as you like. And don't forget to take a moment to enjoy the view ! The tides are constantly changing and wildlife is abundant in and around the marsh.
