NEW LOCATION: Mid-America All-Indian Center
The UrbanICT course will be along the Arkansas City River asphalt path from downtown Wichita (Mid-America All Indian Center).
There will be new courses for 2019, and each distance will be USATF Certified.
Manned and unmanned aid stations will be approximately every 3 miles.
Pacers WILL BE allowed for any portion of the 25K, 50K, 50-Mile.
SPECIAL NOTE on headlamps: Headlamp/flashlight/shoelights or some kind of light source will be REQUIRED for the 25K, 50K and 50-Mile and RECOMMENDED for 5K and 10K. While ambient city lights should suffice for most of the course there will be several sections with minimal light and a headlamp will be best for your safety.

50M: 50 Mile Course will be three loops of the 25K Course, plus this 50M Extra Section

Start & Finish; Time Limit
25K, 50K & 50-Mile will start at 9:00pm on Friday night July 26th. 13 hours is the strict time limit for 25K, 50K, 50-mile (10:00am on Saturday, July 27th). A final loop cutoff for the 50-mile only will be determined later.
The 5K and 10K will start at 9:30pm on Friday night July 26th.
Packet pickup and check-in will begin starting at 7:00pm at the MAAIC.
Aid Station descriptions will be available once the new course in finalized.
Each manned aid station will have water, ice, electrolyte drink, and standard ultra foods including snacks, soups and a few hot options. Drop bags will be allowed.
Check In / Staging Area / Packet Pickup
Race headquarters will be located in downtown Wichita, Kansas at the Mid-America All-Indian Center at 650 N Seneca St.
The finish line for all events is the same as the start.
Packet pickup will be held starting at 7pm on Friday night of the race start. Race-day registration WILL be available.
An optional advanced packet pickup will be held on Thursday, July 25th from 3-7pm at Fleet Feet EAST Wichita.
In-person registration will be available during this time as well.

All volunteers will earn a race shirt and additional swag.
Individual volunteers may use their hours toward their next Timer Guys race entry.

Notification more than a month before the event: The dollar amount paid can be deferred to the following year's event (or another event upon Race Director's discretion).
Notification within 4 weeks to 2 weeks before the event: Half of the dollar amount paid can be deferred to the following year's event (or another event upon Race Director's discretion).
Notification after 2 weeks before the event: No deferrals.
Transfers of registration to another participant are only allowed for the originally registered event. Race directors must be notified by email more than one week before the event. Race Directors have the discretion to approve or deny a registration transfer.
At the Race Director's discretion, a percentage of the registration fee may be refunded via the registration site based on the date notified, race supplies purchased, etc.
