Come join us for the inaugural Yuba Gold 50K! Just outside of Nevada City, CA, in the heart of gold country, this course provides beautiful views of the South Fork Yuba River as you follow it eastward on the South Yuba Trail. You'll run thru the historic gold rush town of Washington, CA, climb an old forest service road, and conclude with a scenic run of (also historic) upper Pioneer Trail, finishing in the breathtaking Bear Valley.
Local time: 5:56 PM
When: The 50k will start at 8 am on Saturday, October 5th, 2019. There will be a 10 hour cut-off, therefore the race will officially end at 6 pm.

Shuttles: Shuttles will run from the finish area to the start on race morning, due to depart the finish at 6:45 am and arrive at the start at approximately 7:30.
Aid Stations: Poorman Creek, Alpha, & Lowell Hill AS's will be well-stocked with water, electrolytes, sodas, energy gels, energy chews, salt, potatoes, bananas, M&M's & various other snacks. Permanent restrooms can be found at the start area in the S Yuba Campground parking lot, on-course at Poorman Creek (mi 14), and at the finish area at Bear Valley Campground (2) and the Sierra Discovery Trail parking lot.
Camping: We have PG&E's Group Campground in Bear Valley (the finish area) both Friday & Saturday nights. It's $20 per person per night, payable either when you register or by contacting Skybreaker Racing (facebook messenger is preferred, but e-mail is acceptable as well (email@example.com)).
