Description
Cooke County Patriot 5K is run in the heart of the most patriotic city in America.. Gainesville Texas. The race will be set in the cool early morning at the top of the rolling hills of Gainesville. The route is a combination of road and gravel, so get ready for both! This course is USATF Certified.

Schedule - Saturday:
- 8 am to 8:50 am Packet Pickup at (Gainesville High School)
- 8:50 am Race Meeting
- 9 am 5K starts
- 9:30 am Award Ceromony
- 10 am is the cut off time for the race
Awards
All runners will get their race shirt at packet pickup. All finishers will receive a finisher medal.
First place male and female receives the first place trophy.
First place male and female (Age 50 and up) recieve the old fashion trophy.
Last place will receive the DFL Award... "Dead Freakin Last"
