The Burro Buddies Virtual Boot Camp is a fundraiser for Forever Home Donkey Rescue & Sanctuary, Inc. 100% of the registration fees from the virtual boot camp goes to the care of the rescue's donkeys. The mission of Forever Home Donkey Rescue & Sanctuary, Inc. is to help donkeys in need of rescue, rehabilitation, and rehoming. We focus on providing education and protection from animal cruelty, abuse, and neglect as well as sanctuary for donkeys that need a forever home. Thank you for your participation and support!
BURRO BUDDIES VIRTUAL BOOT CAMP
Test your muscular strength and endurance along with your aerobic fitness with Burro Buddies Virtual Boot Camp! Participate solo, with a partner, family, friends, or with a four legged buddy! Cool points if you do any of the challenges with a burro! Complete your virtual fitness challenge anytime and anywhere prior to 10/31/2020. Your results are self reported and based on the honor system. All scores will be calculated by age group/gender in accordance with DA-705.

How to take part in the virtual fitness challenge:
2 minutes of push-ups
2 minutes of sit-ups (resting permitted in the up position only)
2 mile run (track your route with a mapping app like Garmin Connect, Map My Run, Runkeeper, Strava, etc.)
*Have fun and try your best!
Each registration will include a Burro Buddies Boot Camp neck gaiter by Headsweats! Expect to receive your Burro Buddies Boot Camp neck gaiter by 10/31/2020.

Results will be posted on ultrasignup after all submissions have been scored.
