Welcome to the Veterans Memorial Bridge 5K Run, also known as the Indian Street Bridge 5K, since this new bridge will connect Indian Street from Stuart across the St. Lucie Waterway to Palm City and SR 714, creating a much-needed second route into and out of Palm City. This will be the ONE and ONLY 5K Run held in conjunction with the Grand Opening ceremonies being held on Saturday, November 16.

There will be NO RACE-DAY REGISTRATION so make sure you register soon! You can register online here AT NO EXTRA COST, or you can register at the Fleet Feet Stuart running store located at the southwest corner of Britt Road and US Highway 1 in Stuart. Fleet Feet is next to Bed Bath & Beyond. The cost is the same no matter where you register!

Online Registration will close on Thursday night, November 14, and Fleet Feet Stuart will close registration Friday evening November 15 at 6:00 PM. So sign up now for the one-time chance to run right down the center of the Veterans Memorial Bridge! Race Proceeds will benefit the Major Goldsmith Fund, which is administered free of charges through the Martin County Veterans Services. 100% of fund money benefits veterans in Martin County, so your efforts will help your friends and neighbors in need!

You'll receive a technical t-shirt emblazoned with the prize-winning grand opening ceremony artwork, the first 400 finishers will receive double-sided finisher's medals with the full-color artwork on both sides, age-group award winners (top three in five-year age groups from 10 and Under to 80 and Over) will receive ceramic coffee mugs decorated with full-color artwork, and there will be plenty of refreshments as well!
