Now in its second year, the Healdsburg Running Camp gives you the chance to visit Sonoma County and to take your running to the next level. This 3 day mini camp gives you the chance to learn from great runners, find amazing new trails, and enjoy the crest of harvest season.

Powered by Healdsburg Running Company and Scena Peformance, this is a seasonal tradition you'll look forward to each year.

Stay Here and Your Hosts

Healdsburg Running Camp is hosted on the grounds of the Rockpile Ranch, thanks to the generous support of Wilson Family Winery in an unique winery setting not normally made available to runners.

During the days, we'll eat and run at Rockpile, with an evening kick off in downtown Healdsburg, and a closing run at Lake Sonoma on trails use in the Lake Sonoma 50. Your stay includes all accommodations, food, wine for the durations of the camp.

Local ultra runners and race directors with decades of experience will lead small sessions with advice on the following topics:

Fueling - What options are out there and how do experienced runners use them.

Nutrition and lifestyle - Learn how to adapt your life to new ways of cooking and eating, then how to translate
this into your running.

Training planning - How do top runners and back of the pack build their training schedule for the year?

Race management and strategy - how do experienced ultra runners attack different distances and courses
to get their best result?

Ultrarunning bucket list stories - Stories and trips from Sonoma, across the country, and around
the world from ultrarunning veterans.
