Packet pick up at the Footzone Saturday October 1st 10am – 6pm. Footzone 845 nw Wall st Bend, OR 97701.  Day of packet pick up at the Inn of the 7^th Mountain Sunday morning starting at 7:30 NO DAY OF RACE REGISTRATION AFTER 8:30am!

Race starts at the Inn of the 7th Mountain Resort. Participants can receive a special rate on a room. Call and tell them you are in the race to receive the dirty deal. 888-784-4386. Go to www.seventhmountain.com for resort description and driving instructions.

All transfers must be completed by Monday September 26th.

Awards will be given to top three overall male and female as well as overall master male and female.

Aid stations 3 aid stations on course with water and HEED. Weather in October is usually great for running but be prepared for anything as Central Oregon weather can be very unpredictable. Mileage for aid stations is approximately 3, 7.5, and 10.

Time limit for safety reasons if you cannot complete the course in 4 hours you will be asked to stop and accept transport to the finish.

Course Description This 13.1 mile course starts and finishes at the Inn of the 7th Mountain. With the exception of the parking area at the Inn itself the course is all dirt. The course is made up of single track and dirt roads. Most of the climbing takes place in the first half of the race with a sweet singletrack descent back to the finish with a surprise along the way. 7^th Mountain 7 miler
This run follows the same route as the Half just turns around a little sooner. There will be one aid station along the way that you get to visit twice.

The Cause
As always Superfit Productions donates a portion of the net profits to a local charity. The beneficiary for this year’s event will be the Education Foundation for the Bend Lapine school district. For more information on this organization go to www.bendlapineschool/foundation.org/

Carpool As always parking is at a premium so please carpool if you can. When you arrive at the 7^th mountain please follow the directions from the parking attendants.
