Course Description

The Sweden Fat Criterium will take place on the trails in Sweden Town Park in Brockport, NY. The course will consist of wooded trails sections, double track, bridges, and open fields. The course is relatively flat, but the trails sections have plenty of rocks and roots to keep things fun.

Race Format

Fat Bike Race - 2 hours

The Fat Bike Race will be open to bikes with 3.7 inch or larger tires only. Riders will lap the 2.25 mile course as many times as they can in two hours.

Open Race - 1 hour

The Open Race is open to bikes of any kind (mountain, cross, fat, ect.). Riders will lap the course as many times as they can in one hour.

Aid Stations

There will be an aid station at the start/finish area. It will provide water and nutrition.

Bike Requirements

The Fat Bike Race (2 hours) will require a fat bike. This is defined as a bike that has a tire that measures at least 3.7 inches wide.

The Open Race is open to bikes of all kinds (mountain, cross, fat, ect.)

Awards

Awards will be given as follows: - Top three male and female riders - Age group awards will be given to the top riders in ten year age groups
