Are you a trail runner looking for a new adventure? Or an experienced hiker who like to travel fast and ultra light? We organize small groups of active people who want to get on a less travelled path in Tanzania.

We will follow the Lemosho route which offers the most solitude, most ecosystems, and the best acclimatization schedule.

Move at your own pace - you can run if you want or just power hike all day long. We've got you covered.

Itinerary

• Arrival Day. Briefings. Overnight in Moshi.


• Day 1 Lemosho Glades (2,392m) to Big Tree Cam/Mti Mkubwa (2,786m) distance: 4.8k


• Day 2 Big Tree Camp (2,786m) to Shira 1 Camp (3,497m). Total distance: 8.1km


• Day 3 Shira 1 Camp (3,497m) to Moir Hut (4,161m) Total distance 10.7km


• Day 4 Moir Hut (4,161m) to Barranco Camp (3,975) Total distance: 7.4km


• Day 5 Barranco Camp (3,975) to Karanga Camp (3,993) Total distance: 4.4k


• Day 6 Karanga Camp (3,993m) to Barafu Camp (4,641m)Total distance: 3.4k


• Day 7 Barafu Camp (4,641m) to Uhuru Peak (5,897m) and Mweka Camp (3,076m): Total distance: 17.1k


• Day 8: Mweka Camp (3,076m) to Mweka Gate (1,633m) and back to Moshi by jeep. Total Distance on foot: 9.4k
