Race Description

This is a flat race, meaning it is a great opportunity to P/R or try your first ultra. 50km runners will have 10 hours to complete the race, 100km runners will have 20 hours.
The trail is wide and limestone.

The 100km is an out-and-back format, starting and ending at the floodway near St.Mary’s rd. The 100km racers will turn around in Lockport (100km runners can also pick up their pacer in Lockport). Racers can have a drop bag in Lockport.

The 50km is a point-to-point, starting in Lockport and finishing at the floodway near St.Mary’s rd. Runners must arrange for their own drop-off (Lockport) and pick-up (St.Mary’s rd).

Aid Stations

Aid stations will be located approximately 10 miles apart. There will be water, ice, fruit, and candy at each station. This is a cupless race, with the exception of the "slushy aid station" that will be serving deliciously cold slushies.

50km racers will have three aid stations.

100km will hit the 3 aid stations twice, for a total of 6 aid stops. There will be crew access and parking at each aid station. 50km runners are not allowed a crew.

$140 for 100km

Parking

There is parking in both Lockport and on St. Mary's rd near the Duff Roblin Trail. Detailed parking maps, and capacity will be posted soon. There is also ample parking at aid stations for the 100km crews.
