Happy Campers,

I want to give everyone an update that in Calendar Year 2022, the Sasquatch Running Company is not going to be able to host the 2022 Happy Camper Endurance Run at the Standley Lake Regional Park in Westminster, Colorado in June 2022. I accepted a new Career Opportunity and my new role is going to limit my ability to host multiple Endurance Runs in Calendar Year 2002 due to Personal Time Constraints. The Happy Camper Endurance Run is a very Labor Intensive, Logistically Challenging, and Time Consuming Event which requires me and my family to spend the entire week out at the Standley Lake Regional Park. This decision really saddens me because I really love spending time out at the Standley Lake Regional Park and the Westminster Open Space & Dog Park trail systems. My hope is to bring this Happy Camper Endurance Run back in Calendar Year 2023 when I am more settled in my new Career Role and the Covid-19 Pandemic has hopefully subsided.

The only Running Event that the Sasquatch Running Company will be hosting in Calendar Year 2022 will be the 2nd annual Mount Herman Adventure Run that will take place in the Pike National Forest in the Town of Palmer Lake, Colorado which is located only a few miles from my home. The Mount Herman Adventure Run is Extremely Scenic and Technically Challenging with ever changing Eco Systems as you Traverse around and up to the Top of Mount Herman (Elevation 9,000 Feet). The views from the top of Herman are stunning.

Please note that all Happy Camper Runners that have Eligible Covid-19 Rollover Registrations for Calendar Year 2022 will be able to transfer their Happy Camper Registration to the 2022 Mount Herman Adventure Run which will be offering 26.2 Mile, 50 Mile, and 100 Mile Course Distances if they wish. Runners will also have the option to defer their Happy Camper Registration to Calendar Year 2023 or receive a Registration Refund.

[1] 26.2 Mile Course (1 Course Loop / 4,585 Total Vertical Gain / 12 Hour Cutoff)
[2] 50 Mile Course (2 Course Loops / 9,170 Total Vertical Gain / 24 Hour Cutoff)
[3] 100 Mile Course (4 Course Loops / 18,340 Total Vertical Gain / 48 Hour Cutoff)
[4] 30 Hour Course (Palmer Lake Trail Loop / 122 Lake Laps = 100 Miles) *** NEW ***
[5] Other Course Options (TBD)****
