Race Info
We are excited to announce that the 2nd annual Big Rome XC Classic will be an actual live and in person race and held at the beautiful Dauset Trails in Jackson, Ga. This race will benefit the Big Rome Running Foundation which will provide scholarships to students who are looking to pursue cross country in college. Revolution Running is proud to partner with Richie Scales to honor our friend Jerome, who recently lost his battle to cancer, in what is sure to be a wonderful race tradition. The race will be held on a 5k trail loop that starts and finishes in the big field by the trail head parking. There will be a water stop approximately half way in. This will be a cup-less race so you will need to carry your own water bottle if you feel you need it. All runners that register by the t-shirt deadline of May 5th will receive a t-shirt and finisher award! This year's finisher award will be a unique growler.
If you are not comfortable running the in person race we have a virtual option as well that will include the t-shirt. We will mail your t-shirt out to you after registration closes and you will be able to upload your results. You can run your 5k any time that is convenient for you up to a week after the race date.
