Poker, Paws and Pints

The Pulse would like to invite you to join us in a fundraiser for the Meridian Canine Rescue on Thursday August 22nd.
We’ll be holding a ‘Poker Chip Run’, approximately 3 miles, starting from The Pulse Running and Fitness Shop and running or walking to 5 local businesses. Participants will get a chip from each business; point values of the different colored chips won’t be determined until after everyone gets back. Whoever has the most points at the end of the night wins a Schwag bag from The Pulse Running and Fitness Shop, including a FREE pair of shoes!
Get signed up fast, the first 100 participants get a pint glass! Everyone participating will be eligible for raffle prizes from participating local businesses. There will be food and drink specials from Los Mariachis following the run. All proceeds will benefit the Meridian Canine Rescue.

The drawing for the raffle starts at 7 at The Pulse, participants can start the run as early as 5:30 to make sure you’re back in time.
