Registration Options:
Elite - Elite racers are those looking to compete competitively with other elite racers. They are runners who have been training and can complete difficult obstacles at a proficient speed.
Limited to 30 spots for Elite Men
Limited to 30 spots for Elite Women/Non-Binary
Elite Men start 7:30AM
Elite Women/Non-binary start 7:40AM

Open - Open runners start in one of two waves at 7:50AM and 8AM

Age Limit:
You must be over 12 years old to compete in this event.

Bib Pick Up:
Bib pick up will begin at 6:45am on October 9th for Elite racers
Bib pick up will begin at 7:15am on October 9th for Open racers
Race start and bib pick up will be at the Valley Lodge

Timing

Any competitor that fails to start at their selected start time may incur a time penalty or disqualification.

There will be a meeting at 7:20AM to go over course rules with Elite racers.

Obstacle Failure:
If a racer fails an obstacle, they incur a burpee penalty. Every obstacles missed or failed owes 30 burpees.

Awards:
The racer that completes the set course in the fastest time.

Award Categories:
Top 3 Elite Male
Top 3 Elite Female
Age Group Top Male and Top Female
12-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50+

Course

Distance and Difficulty:
The course will be 10 miles long.
It will cover more than 3000ft of gain and descent.
It will have technical trail climbing and descending. Those competing should be physically fit and able to navigate difficult terrain.

Aid Stations:
There will be 2 aid stations on course with water options.
No food/fuel will be provided.
It is advised you bring your own fuel as this is a longer race.

Course Markings:
The course will be marked with white square signs and blue arrows.
Tape will be used to mark

Course Official:
At each obstacle there will be a course official. That official will oversee judging whether each obstacle is completed within the rules of the race.
If a course marshal deems an obstacle incomplete by a racer, that racer will do 30 burpees.
ALL OBSTACLES ARE SINGLE ATTEMPT.
