    Just started with trail-running, but super excited about this race. Not sure how to best prepare.... any advice?

      Hi Manuel,

      My recommendation is to be sure to come to our course preview run so you can get an idea of what to expect come race day. We're having one last final preview this Saturday at 6! Check the HURT blog for details at http://www.hurthawaii.com, I'll be posting later tonight.

      Make sure to bring plenty of water and food race day to fuel you up the hills :)
