    I so want to do this run - had a tough year with some injuries but ready to get back to it. any suggestions on training programs would be appreciated.

    Anyone run without crew and pacers ? I don't have either, I'm used to going at it alone because I have to usually.

      You should be fine, Todd. The race support is very good and help with most everything you could need.
