The RACE FOR DEMOCRACY is a picnic fundraising event, sponsored by Sacramento Central Labor Council AFL-CIO and the Citizens Independent Democratic FUND, (CID FUND) to raise money for effective field operations to increase voter participation and elect Democratic candidates. Be among the first 3,000 patriots and labor supporters in a scenic run/walk through beautiful William Land Park, and stay for the Sacramento Central Labor Council Annual Labor Day Picnic.

Race entry registration fees are not tax deductible and are used for political purposes.
