If you would like to register you can still do so at South Sound Running at 3409 Capitol Blvd in Olympia on Friday 3-6 PM or at the start  at Margaret McKenny Campground on Saturday 5-6:20 AM. 

Start Times

50 mile and 55 kilometer start time will be at 6:30am at Margaret McKenny campground in Capitol Forest. Early start will only be for 50 mile solo runners, for those expecting to run more than 13 hours. Cut-off time will be at 7:30 p.m for both races.

Course

The 50 mile course is on the single-track trails in Capitol State Forest. There are some steep (walking sections) and rolling runnable sections.
