Intro

Whether you are considering trail running for the first time, or you are an experienced ultra runner, we promise you a fantastic experience in a stunningly beautiful environment.

The Limberlost Forest and Wildlife Reserve is 10,000 acres of pristine lakes, varied terrain and diverse wildlife habitats. The custodians and volunteers have spent countless hours restoring these historic wilderness trails and are pleased to be able to welcome local residents and visitors from further afield to experience them.

As athletes, you are already familiar with the mantra ‘Run hard, but tread lightly’. You will come here with a respect for the land. You will leave with the confirmation that we are all privileged to have places like this where we can enjoy our sport.

Course

A 12.5 km loop that passes alongside five lakes, crosses boardwalks and a
