Course
The Trails we will be running on are mostly double track great for a first a time trail running experience, and the long range views here are not to be missed at this time of year, however the course is very challenging and you need to make sure you are in good physical condition. It is strongly suggested that if you are a first timer that you can run at least a half marathon distance on pavement before signing up. There are demanding elevation gains, and downhills.
