A trail half and 10k that will explore the forest of Central Oregon at one of the best times of year. Fall color should be in all it's glory and treat runners to a trail run to be remembered. The course is a mix of double track, single track, and a smidgen of horse trail. Lot's of ups and downs to keep things interesting with lots of passing options on the most significant climbs.
Post race fun will include craft beer from Deschutes Brewery, great food, music, and hopefully some nice weather to hang out in on the Seventh Mtn Resorts comfy lawn.
Packet pick up at the Footzone Saturday October 17th 12pm – 6pm. Footzone 845 nw Wall st Bend, OR 97701. Day of packet pick up at the Inn of the 7th Mountain Sunday morning starting at 7:30 NO DAY OF RACE REGISTRATION AFTER 8:30am!

All transfers must be completed by Monday October 1st.
Awards will be given to top three overall male and female as well as overall master male and female.
Aid stations 3 aid stations on course with water and electrolyte drink. Weather in October is usually great for running but be prepared for anything as Central Oregon weather can be very unpredictable. Mileage for aid stations is approximately 3, 7.5, and 10.
Time limit for safety reasons if you cannot complete the course in 4 hours you will be asked to stop and accept transport to the finish.
Course Description This 13.1 mile course starts and finishes at the Inn of the 7th Mountain. With the exception of the parking area at the Inn itself the course is all dirt. The course is made up of single track and dirt roads. Most of the climbing takes place in the first half of the race with a sweet singletrack descent back to the finish with a surprise along the way. SD’s Down and Dirty 10k
This NEW run follows the same route as the Half just turns around a little sooner. There will be one aid station along the way that you get to visit twice.
As always Superfit Productions donates a portion of the net profits to a local charity. The beneficiary for this year’s event will be the Education Foundation for the Bend Lapine school district. For more information on this organization go to www.bendlapineschool/foundation.org/
