Alger Alp, aka "Little Baldy" is a super cool peak right by the city of Alger. For those of you who don't know Alger, it's just South of Bellingham, about a 15 minute drive. The peak reaches 1,293 feet and has an incredible view of Mt. Baker on a clear day. The race course explores Alger Alp running up the peak with gorgeous views of the Skagit Valley and the Cascades then heads back down to run by the Beaver Pond and Squires Lake.

All six BTRS races and each distance within that race qualify you to score in the series, your best 4 points scores (races) at the end of the series will determine your place in your age group and overall. We'll award winners in each age category, top 3 men and women, and runners who completed all 6 races in the series!! The series award ceremony will be at the big end of the season race, Chuckanut Mountain Marathon, on July 27. Live band, BBQ, lawn chairs, grassy hillside, & playground!
