We've reached capacity for the Batona 50, but if you'd like to be placed on the waitlist, send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. Thanks!
The Batona 50 is a point-to-point run along the entire length of the Batona Trail from Ong’s Hat to Bass River in the beautiful New Jersey Pine Barrens. The run will be held in the “Fat Ass” format: no fees, no frills, just 50 miles of open trail. The trail crosses various roads at different points along the way, and we will have car support at these locations (distance between aid stations varies between 4.7 and 12.4 miles). However, support is not guaranteed and runners must carry their essential provisions with them. For runners who do not want to do the full 50 miles, there is an option to complete a 50k ending at Batsto Village. Time limit for the run is 11 hours. We will celebrate afterwards with some food and beer at Doyle’s Pour House in Tuckerton, NJ. Please check out our website for full details: http://batona50.wordpress.com.
