Miscellaneous: The usual ultra and trail race food will be provided at the
aid stations, ie. cookies, chips, candies, water, and gatorade. Runners
should bring their own energy gels and electrolytes to the race as
needed/desired. The race is expected to fill but there are slots open as I
write this as there are currently 29 entrants in the marathon and 56
entrants in the half marathon. Weather forecast: start temperature around
40 degrees with a high of about 60 degrees. Runners are welcome to have a
drop bag at the race start/finish. There is an aid station every mile.
Please ensure your race number is visible to the fantastic race volunteers.
The left leg of your shorts is a great place to attach your bib number.
Runners are welcome to pick up race packets for other runners. Frank and I
wish all of you seeking a BQ on Sunday a fun and successful run!
