About Us
The 5K begins and ends at the Douglas County Courthouse and runs along the streets of Douglasville that are decorated for the Hydrangea Festival. Two water stations will be along the race route.
Registration begins at 6 a.m. The 5K race begins at 7 a.m. with the course closing an hour later at 8 a.m. The awards ceremony will immediately follow with awards presented in all age categories. In addition, Hydrangeas will be presented to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd overall Male and Female; 1st Male and Female Master, and 1st Male and Female Grandmaster.
Shirts are guaranteed only to those who register by May 25. Full-color logo tech shirts will be given to all adult pre-registrations. Youth shirts will be cotton t-shirts.
Come for the race, stay for the festival!
