Do I need a dog to run?
No! This is much more fun if you run with your dog (or borrow one), but you can also run this by yourself. Selfie and results are still optional but recommended :)
Special Rules
This race is on the honor system. No need to submit proof of completion though it IS recommended and we cannot show you in the final results if you don't share your time. If you don't submit results, you need to at least show us your social media post so we can send out your medal. Also, we DO want you do post a picture of you and your dog after you finish. You can post this picture on https://www.facebook.com/dirtyfeettrail/ OR post on Instagram and tag @dirtyfeettrail This is not required but highly recommended. We want to see those pups!!

Can you run this without your dog? Sure!! If you still want to participate but don't have a pooch to run with, you can still participate and still earn the medal.
Results
Report your results via email to jessica @ dirtyfeet . us (remove the spaces). Results are on the honor system. You may also self report your time via Ultrasignup.com. Once your results are received, we will send your shirt (if you got one) and your medal. The medal can you worn by your OR your dog and will function as a bottle opener!
Medals/Dog Tags will be shipped in July. Shipping to USA only. International costs $20 extra.
Charity
20% of the profit from this race will go given to the Helen Woodward Animal Center in San Diego, CA. https://animalcenter.org/
No Refunds
This is a virtual race. Once you sign up, you are in. You have up 6 weeks to complete this race depends on when you sign up.
