Choose between beginner or Intermediate training plans that are designed to get you ready for any of the Big Bend race distances. Also included is a Training Peaks App account where you can view your daily training routine right from your phone. You'll receive weekly guidance and comments on your app as well. Beginner plans are 3-4 days/week ranging in the 20-35 mile range, while intermediate plans are 5-6 days and range from 35 mi/week up to 60 mi/week. We will reach out after you register to make sure you have the best plan for you.

Program includes a private weekly training podcast recording from race director and coach Erik Stanley and other guests with everything you need to know about preparing for your race. The audio recordings will start with the basics and dial you in with race specifics as we get closer to the starting line. Topics include tips for building mileage, nutrition and hydration, cross training, course details, preparing your mind for training and race day, and much more. Choose from a beginner program if you are running 2-3 days/week and new to this distance, or an intermediate plan if you are running 4-5 days/week and have run this distance before. This training program also includes weekly email access to your coach, so you can ask any questions or share your goals with your coaches. Program starts July 31st and goes through race day.
