Wasn't sure what you wanted for activity time. I put in the time I was actually running during my 6 intervals. Was able to PR my time from when I completed the challenge last Spring by 9 minutes and 14 seconds. If you wanted total time from start to finish of even I started just before 7:30 am on Friday, January 15th and finish a little before 4:00 am on Saturday, January 16th. Due to scheduling issues with running around my work hours I did have to slightly shift the start time of my 3rd interval and had somewhere between 3 1/2 and 4 hours in between the 2nd and 3rd intervals. After that I kept it as close to 4 hour intervals as possible. Did 5.2 for the first 5 intervals and 5.1 for the last one so it was exactly 31.1 miles (50K) so it was the same total distance as the challenge in the Spring.
