This was the first time I participated in an event like this. I did not know I was to keep track of things on a fit bit or other counter. My friend suggested I do this to help me get active since I am so WAY out of shape. The Bernie medal motivated me and so over the course of 7 days, I walked at least half a mile. On bad days, I walked from my front door to my back door and on nice days I walked the parameter of my yard. Thanks to this event and my friend's encouragement, I not only got off my depressed backside, but I also have lost 2 lbs and am in the mindset to keep walking :) I am truly sorry again that I did not record it right. I promise to do that next time :) And yes, I want to do another virtual event now and maybe walk somewhere other than just my yard :)
