This Event Took Place Sat. Apr 7, 2012

The Cedro Peak Ultra is hosted by Support Trail Adventure Running (STAR) and features two distances, 45K (28 miles) and 45 Miles. Proceeds are donated to Sandia Trail Runner's, Tijeras Food Bank and the Wildlife West Nature Park. The course is almost entirely single track passing through ponderosa pine, pinon, juniper and oak forests plus the added bonus of great views of the Sandia Mountains and of course, Cedro Peak. The race is an environmentally friendly leave-no-trace event bringing exciting trail running to Albuquerque's doorstep. This trail race has it all from non-technical to very rocky sections. This is a good starter race for those new to Ultra running or for seasoned Ultra's as a great training run!

Full refunds are available until 2/1, partial refunds until 3/1, and no refunds after that.

All entrants get a T-shirt. All finishers get a unique finisher award. There will also be awards for first male, female, and age group awards.
