01 · The Race
Four days in the pine barrens.
Long Island. Rocky Point. One 10.48-mile loop, run as many times as your distance asks for — anywhere from 10 miles to 150. Day, night, your call.
Two stocked aid stations. Crew welcome. Course open Friday 6 PM through Monday 6 AM, every distance gets the same generous cut-off. No drop-downs — whatever distance you start, you finish or you DNF. We give you everything we've got to make sure you finish.
99.8% trail — seriously.

03 · One Strict Rule
You Can Do It.
We want everyone to finish, we always do. Which is why there's one strict rule: whatever race you START, you MUST complete — or you get a DNF. No drop-downs.
That said, we make it as doable as we can. We give you ample support, with a grocery store nearby. We'll even take orders and grab you whatever you need. The course is open until Monday at 6 AM for EVERY race — yes the 50K, 10 mile, or any of them. Cut-off for ALL races is Monday at 6 AM.
You've got all the support AND time you need. Get after it.

Aid Stations
Two aid stations on the 10.48-mile loop. We use Skratch Labs on course, plus the usual ultra staples — PB&J, pretzels, chips, candy, fruit. Broth and pierogies once the day winds down. Pizza, burgers, hot dogs — even special requests if we can swing it.

06 · Support Crew
Crews & Pacers
Pacers: All pacers need to wear pacer bracelets and sign their own waiver. Pacers are allowed 12 hours into a race, or during the dark hours — whichever comes first. 150 milers must complete at least 1 lap on Friday night before taking a pacer.
Crews: Crews are allowed at both aid stations. Depending on permits and headcount we may restrict which distances can crew at Whiskey Girl — we'll let you know in pre-race emails.
07 · Help Out
Volunteer
Tesla weekend is four days and four nights. We always need help — aid station shifts, course marshals, kitchen, parking, packet pickup, sweepers. Volunteer hours earn race credit for future Happily Running events.
