FROZEN ROCK IS HERE!!

720 minutes of technical, single track trails in the day light!
Frozen Rock is a 12 hour race on a 4.5 mile loop trail. The start finish area is at Badin Lake Group Campground in Uwharrie National Forest (GPS info is below). The race starts at 8am Saturday, December 16th and ends at 8pm.

This race is the daylight version of Bad Rock 720. Oh and COLD!!

The majority of the trails you will be running are along the shore line of Badin Lake, giving you plenty of opportunities to take a dip (just watch out for wildlife). Bonus points if you do. :-D

You can run one lap or as many as possible in the 12 hour time frame.

Parking and camping are included in the race entry fee. There are showers and restrooms at the campground.

You are welcome to come Friday night and camp to Saturday as I will be on sight on that Friday camping getting the race ready for Saturday!!
