About the Event

Welcome to the 2nd annual Poplar Springs (Trail/Road) race. We had such a great event last year and are thrilled for our 2nd year.All are welcome to apply/register, however you must be shown as a listed participant under the ultrasignup.com Poplar Springs Memorial Day (Trail/Road) Run page to participate.

The Course

Poplar Springs Memorial Day (Trail and Road) Run will be approximately 25Ks or 15.5 total miles. 8 miles on asphalt back country roads and 7 miles of trails. Event will be capped at 30 runners. Fee is non-refundable and will be donated to charity if your are unable to attend. Confirmation of your entry will only be confirmed via ultrasignup.com. We will have several water stations along the course.

Race Format/Support

This is a fun low key country style event. Its a great opportunity to mingle and get to know and run with more fellow runners like yourself. If you are looking for a good time with great people and a fun, relaxing atmosphere you should enjoy this. Last years after race food spread was greatly enjoyed. The run itself is beautiful as you run out near a picturesque horse farm and numerous tobacco barns. WE will have a MANDATORY Course and Safety Briefing at 1130 AM in vicinity of the start location. Start Location will be vicinity 4400 Poplar Springs Road, Indian Mound, TN 37079. If any further questions contact the Event Director below.
