About the event
The route is a one mile loop on a relatively flat course. The course takes place on the family farm, there is paved road, gravel road, a dam and a pine forest called the enchanted forest by family members. The race will start under a large, shaded equipment shed where your crew will be able see you at the start and at about the halfway mark when you are running across the dam of the lake.
There will be music all day and snacks to keep you fueled and you will be able to leave a cooler or your food under the shed if you’d like. At the end of the 12 hours we will have a party to celebrate your accomplishment. This would be a great first ultra for anyone!
