About the event

With this 100-Miler the participants take a stand against oblivion, 55 years after the construction of the Berlin Wall. The patron of the Berlin Wall Race is the former GDR civil rights activist Rainer Eppelmann. The race course is the Berlin Wall Trail, which leads along the former inner-German border, around western Berlin. There is a change of direction every year, this time the participants will run clockwise. The start and finish location of the 100MeilenBerlin is at Jahn-Sportpark in the Berlin district Prenzlauer Berg, close to Mauerpark.
